Fork Café Bar is the evolution of what was once Fork Deli. The building may feel familiar, but everything else has been rethought. The food, the service, the standards. After a strong first month, packed with great customers and even better feedback, we know we’re building something special.

We’re a modern, Italian-inspired café bar with a Northern attitude and a no-nonsense approach to food and drink. Everything is made fresh, done properly, and designed to fit real life.

Exceptional coffee. Fresh pasta cooked with care. Artisan paninis built on our own bread using premium ingredients. Breakfasts that hit hard and lunches that don’t disappoint. We are excited now that we will soon be able to offer great wine and incredible cocktails, in true aperitivo style.

:COFFEE

We take coffee seriously. Properly seriously. Every cup at Fork Café Bar starts with artisan beans roasted to the perfect profile, ground to order and dialled in with care. The temperature of the fresh, filtered water, is spot on, the extraction is slow and controlled, and the milk is steamed to a silky finish that glides across the espresso shot instead of drowning it.

No burnt milk. No bitter shots. No rushed shortcuts. Just precision, consistency and the kind of attention to detail you only get from people who genuinely love coffee.

:BREAKFAST

We don’t muck around when it comes to breakfast. At Fork Café Bar you can expect proper morning food done right. A bacon butty that actually delivers, perfect local sausages, or avo with cream cheese. Every option is served on our fresh, homemade focaccia baked that very morning.

And because mornings should be effortless, you can add any coffee for just £1. The perfect start to the day.

:PANINI

We take real pride in our paninis. Fresh, toasted and packed with quality ingredients, these are not your average grab and go sandwiches. Every panini starts with our own artisan focaccia, baked fresh that morning, then filled with proper produce: cured meats, great cheeses, vibrant veg and sauces that actually taste of something.

They are pressed to order, hot, crisp and full of flavour. Simple, honest food made with care.

Eat in or take it with you, either way you get a panini that feels crafted, not thrown together. Fresh. Toasted. Artisan. Proper.

:PASTA

Our pasta is the heart of Fork Café Bar. Fresh, simple and unmistakably Italian. Every dish starts with our own fresh pasta, made the traditional way and cooked to that perfect bite you only get in proper trattorias. The sauces are built on quality ingredients: the best olive oil we can get our hands on, ripe tomatoes, real Parmigiano, proper pancetta and herbs that actually smell of Italy.

Nothing gimmicky. Nothing overworked. Just honest, traditional pasta that feels like stepping off a side street in Rome and straight into a bowl of the good stuff.

:ANTIPASTI

Our antipasti is all about generous portions and great ingredients doing the hard work. No fuss, no overthinking, just the best cured meats, cheeses, olives and seasonal extras arranged the way they should be. The selection changes often to keep things interesting, so there’s always something new to try alongside the classics.

It’s the perfect plate to share with friends over a good glass of wine. Laid back, generous and full of flavour. Exactly how antipasti should be.

:Dessert

Because there is always room, our desserts are all about gentle indulgence. Crisp cannoli, rich tiramisu made the traditional way, and soft, homemade muffins or cookies fresh from the oven. The rest of the counter changes daily, so there’s always a new treat waiting for you when you come in.
